RETURN POLICY

At Fet a Mallorca, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of local products. If for any reason you need to return an item, we are at your disposal to manage it in the best possible way. Below, we detail our conditions:

Return Period

You have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of your order, to request any return.

Product Requirements

In order for us to accept a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its complete original packaging. It is essential that the product is in optimal condition to be put up for sale again.

How to Start the Process

If you wish to make a return, please contact us through our email or customer service channels. You must provide:

  • Order number.

  • Reason for the return.

  • Details of the product you wish to return.

Once your request is received, we will send you the necessary instructions to complete the shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs derived from the return will be borne by the customer. However, if the reason for the return is an error on the part of Fet a Mallorca (shipment of an incorrect product) or if the item has manufacturing defects, we will fully assume the collection and transport costs.

Refund Management

Once we have received and verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. The payment will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase within a maximum period of 10 business days. Please note that the exact time it takes for the money to appear will depend on your banking institution.

Products Damaged During Transport

If, upon receiving your package, you detect that it is damaged or defective due to transport, it is essential that you contact us immediately. We will request photographs of the packaging and the damaged product to evaluate the situation quickly and manage a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and health, certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable food products that have been opened or personalized products. If you have questions about the nature of a specific item, please consult with our team before making your purchase.

Update of Conditions

Fet a Mallorca reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legal developments or changes in the service. Any update will be effective at the moment of its publication on the website.
